1. Introduction

Welcome to Badmash TV. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Badmash TV mobile application and related services operated by Mileo Production Private Limited.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Users under 18 years of age may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws.
• Disrupt other users' experience.
• Upload viruses or malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Damage or interfere with the App.

5. Content

a. User Content

By submitting content, you grant Badmash TV a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute and reproduce that content for operating and promoting the platform.

You confirm that you own the rights to the content you upload.

b. Our Content

All videos, graphics, logos, shows, text, software and other materials are the intellectual property of Mileo Production Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify or redistribute our content without written permission.

c. Cross Platform Distribution

The Company may make the same content available on other applications or digital platforms owned or operated by the Company, including Story Max, without additional notice.

6. Subscription & Payment

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscription fees must be paid before access.
• Payments are generally non-refundable.
• Subscription prices may change at any time.

7. User Consent

You agree to receive service notifications, promotional offers, event information and updates via WhatsApp, SMS, Calls and RCS.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

9. Monitoring for Suspicious Activity

Badmash TV may monitor usage patterns to detect fraud, modified applications, unauthorized access or abusive behavior.

Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be restricted or permanently terminated without notice.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mileo Production Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mileo Production Private Limited and its employees, officers and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Badmash TV App are final and non-refundable except where required by law or approved by the Company under exceptional circumstances.
